Cybersecurity firm Axonius cut around 100 employees in early November 2025, more than 11% of its roughly 900-person workforce, in a restructuring aimed at tightening operations. The New York-based company, which provides device management and security platforms for enterprise networks, had raised approximately $595 million across six funding rounds since its 2017 founding and carried a $2.6 billion valuation. It had surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue in 2023 and had recently acquired healthcare cybersecurity startup Cynerio for $180 million. No executive statements or severance details were disclosed publicly at the time of the announcement.
