Three job categories were eliminated as redundant, with most of the departures affecting entry-level and support roles. The company also exited six underperforming cities. Affected workers received full notice periods, severance pay, three months of accelerated ESOP vesting, and six months of extended medical coverage for themselves and their families. The cuts came roughly a year after Pristyn Care trimmed 45 positions in March 2023. Revenue grew 44.7% to Rs 450 crore in FY23, but losses widened 38% to Rs 383 crore.
