Yolo Group has 1 publicly reported layoff round on record (most recent September 23, 2025). A total of about 280 employees were affected across these rounds.
Layoff history
Yolo Group announced in September 2025 that it would cut 280 jobs in Estonia, shedding roughly a third of its local workforce as the online gambling company retreated from unregulated markets worldwide. Board member Maarja Pärt said the goal was to "maintain a very clear focus and complete transparency across all processes" by consolidating operations under a single brand aimed exclusively at licensed, regulated markets. The restructuring leaves more than 600 employees in Estonia, where the company will continue running its Yolo-branded casino, Yolowallet e-wallet service, the Bombay Club casino in Tallinn, and The Burman Hotel. No severance details were disclosed in public reporting.
Reason: Exit from unregulated markets; consolidation under single regulated brand
